We have been working with Retail Dimensions for about 10 years now and have zero complaints. The entire team is super respondent, knowledgeable, and always there to quickly help. Luckily their product works great so we do not get to talk to them much. Highly recomend for your inventory intergration needs.

We have been working with Retail Dimensions for years now and they have always been very responsive and find solutions to my problems. They were an intrical part in the development of our POS to Website integration both technologically and emotionally. I feel confident having them part of our team as we progress our virtual business.

Retail Dimensions are, by far, the greatest integration specialists for Brick and Mortar, Point of Sale, and E-Commerce / Marketplaces. We've been working with Kurt and his team for decades. They flawlessly sync our website orders and inventory to our our internal inventory and order management ERP systems. From retail pro and counterpoint to Magento and Shopify and even Amazon. They've connected every piece of data we have ever needed. When we’ve hit roadblocks (and we have) their team answered the call. Their support is accessible, responsive, and deeply knowledgeable.

I just wanted to reach out and communicate my experience with RDI over the last year, as we’ve been working on our website and finally got it launched live late last night.

I’ve been trying to think of how I could write a big, long reference for them, but everything went so well that it is a short and sweet experience.

I am borderline computer illiterate, and Kris and Debbie did a great job at breaking things down for me when needed, making sure I always understood what was going on. I always felt they were patient through this, and never felt like my lack of computer skills was a burden on the RDI team.

They also made sure to stay in contact with me through the entire process, always replying to my emails or phone calls, and made sure to always get me scheduled in for help within a reasonable amount of time. Often, Kris would actually get my questions/concerns answered before our scheduled meeting was supposed to take place.

Then when things got down to the wire, and we were close to our launch date, Kris and Debbie made me feel like I was the only project they had on their plate ( this may or may not have been the case, but I truly felt like I had their undivided attention ).

Overall, I couldn’t recommend Kris and Debbie more ( if there were others behind the scenes that helped with our project, please thank them as well). The CPIce program has been easy to use, but they really made the experience a good one, and have given me confidence in moving forward with our website post launch.

I look forward to working with the RDI team, and have full confidence in our future partnership.

It has been great working with RDI in relation to the integration of Magento to Retail Pro 9. Any time we have had a problem come up, they have been quick to jump in and help!

We have used RDI to integrate our Shopify site with our Counterpoint POS. It does everything we would want as an integrator and it is easy to use. We have had zero issues since the day we got the software up and running. Nice to have software that you don't have to think about because it just does what it is supposed to do.

Been working with Retail Dimensions for over for 8 years now. We moved to them after working with 2 other providers that were major disappointments. Ever since day one they have been amazing. I was first working with them since I was the operation manager for my company and kept with them after I bought the company. They have been their for me & my company though thick & thin and I mean it. They were they after my company was destroyed twice in 2 flash floods helping me rebuild from the ground up twice. They have been there as my company has grown from 1 location to help incorporate our new warehouse. I can't imagine a better partner will ever exist.

I have had the pleasure of working with Kurt and RDI for almost 15 years now and cant say enough good things about their operation, they are the gold standard. Communication is excellent and issues are resolved extremely quickly.

We switched our integration to RDi just over a year ago when we upgraded our website to Magento 2. The setup for the order integration to Counterpoint was effortless on our part and the support post-launch was great! The team at RDi definitely knows their stuff and we plan to work with them on some new features in the future.

I used RDI back in the day with Retail Pro at my last company. Now I am working with NCR Counterpoint for our retail store and needed an option for automation with Shopify website orders to be integrated into our POS. I spoke with several vendors, and for us RDI was selected because they provided a multi-store & website option to run on a single install and server. Not everything was smooth, but it never is since we have several requirements that always seem out of the norm for most companies I integrate with. The team has been great and always understood what we needed. It was just a matter of getting the customizations we needed built in. Their product is extremely stable, and integrated well once we got it all QA'd. I also like that they are able to assist with customizations which is where many vendors just can't get me what I need or want.

I have been using the RDI interface from our POS (Counterpoint) to our Magento 2 website for 3 years. It has been very reliable and much less work than our previous 2 interfaces. We have a brick store as well as website that share the same inventory and database so it is critical that the 2 entities are synced. Which it does very well. The staff is friendly and always quick to respond to any questions or support issues if they arise. I recommend this for anyone who needs a reliable and easy to use Magento to POS software.

I have been using RDI for over a decade because they do such a great job creating integration pieces for our retail business. As a retailer we are constantly making changes to our Point-of-Sale system and website to keep up with the current market environment so we can stay competitive in this ever-changing world. RDI has made several seamless integrations from our NCR CounterPoint Point-of-Sale system to our Magento and now BigCommerce website. Their team is courteous, professional and very knowledgeable so working with them a pleasure. I would recommend their service to any Retailer.

RDi has been our POS ecommerce integrator since we updated our Magento 1 site to our new Magento 2 site. They have been incredibly accommodating and even created a custom contract price rule to help us advertise our bi-monthly sales we offer in-store now online. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a reliable integrator for their website. With over 20,000 products, 2 price points and bi-monthly contract sales, they have managed to handle all of our POS ecommerce needs with ease and efficiency.

My company just went through a Retail Pro to Shopify Integration with Retail Dimensions using their integration too. I'm not sure which was better, the ease-of-use of the integration OR the onboarding and support.

From Paul to Kris to Debbie to Kurt, we received every answer we needed quickly and completely. The sales process was simple and the cost of the integration and onboarding was an amazing value. I cannot endorse this more if you are running Retail Pro as your POS system.
