Synchronization data: retained ≤ 90 days.
Billing and support records: retained up to 7 years.
API keys and credentials: deleted within 30 days of service termination.

Service Providers: Hosting, analytics, billing, and support vendors.
Integration Partners: Retail Pro, NCR Counterpoint, BigCommerce, Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.
Legal Obligations: Compliance with court orders or law enforcement. – Business Transfers: In the event of merger, acquisition, or sale, under strict confidentiality.

Security Measures We maintain robust controls: TLS encryption, credential encryption, MFA, backups, monitoring, and personnel confidentiality agreements.
